Just popped up in my class hall after I got my brawler's guild invite. It rewards Rude Letter.

Edit: The letter gives the quest Everyone Loves a good fight

Edit 2: Apparently this series of missions is where you get the champion version of Meatball, everyone's favorite gnoll.

Seeing a lot of speculation since there is no clear guide on these but Ive seen the first quest more than once while under rank 4 so these quests may be based on your current rank with the Brawler's Guild.

List of Brawlers Guild Quests I've gotten as follows. (speculation still looking into it)

There is no Brawlers Guild - Rank 1-3 (got this one twice)

War Council - Rank 4-5

It's Clean Up Time - Rank 6

Master of Shadows - Rank 6

I've Got a Strange Feeling About This - Rank 6

Completed this set of missions&quests, and received Meatball as a follower..
This mission popped up again at the weekly reset, but I'd not finished the Meatball one, so it may have missed the 'Stop offering it me!' flag.

Getting Polpetta as an Order Hall Champion requires you to join the Brawler's Guild and then complete a series of quests, some as Order Hall missions and some regular quests.
The final quest in the chain will reward you with your new champion.

Quest chain:

Get a Invito ai Combattenti/Invito ai Combattenti so you can join the Brawler's Guild.
Defeat Yoggy, the first fight of the Brawler's Guild.
One Brawler's Guild win is required.
You are here --> Complete Non esiste alcun Circolo dei Combattenti (Order Hall mission).
Rewards: Lettera Rude.
Lettera Rude starts the quest: Tutti apprezzano una bella rissa.
Return to the Brawler's Guild and fight in 5 matches or just stand there and watch others.
Complete Concilio di guerra (Order Hall mission).
Rewards as a bonus roll: Ciuffo di Barba Nanica - Aim for 200%.
Ciuffo di Barba Nanica starts the quest: Abbiamo portato il martello.
Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to Tonsley l'Oste (A) / Bruno Tardafiamma (H).
Complete È ora di ripulire (Order Hall mission).
Rewards as a bonus roll: Manico di Scopa Rotto - Aim for 200%.
Manico di Scopa Rotto starts the quest: Igienizzazione definitiva.
Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to Tonsley l'Oste (A) / Bruno Tardafiamma (H).
Complete Maestro delle Ombre (Order Hall mission).
Rewards as a bonus roll: Candela d'Ombra Consumata - Aim for 200%.
Candela d'Ombra Consumata starts the quest: Colpire l'oscurità.
Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to Tonsley l'Oste (A) / Bruno Tardafiamma (H).
Complete Ho una strana sensazione (Order Hall mission).
Rewards as a bonus loot: Pezzo di Polpetta - Aim for 200%.
Pezzo di Polpetta starts the quest: Battere l'ammasso di carne.
Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to Tonsley l'Oste (A) / Bruno Tardafiamma (H).
Rewards: Polpetta.

Note #1: The Invito ai Combattenti/Invito ai Combattenti is account-wide and opens the Brawler's Guild for all of your characters.
Note #2: If you fail to get the bonus loot, the quest will reappear and you can try again.
Note #3: If the chain bugs and you stop getting missions (can be caused by using the mobile app), buy Carta Sfida: Yoggy il Traditore from Mercante di Carte Leila (A) / Mercante di Carte Ami (H) and defeat him again. The mission you were on should reappear in your list.

Taking this to n00b level, getting these Order Hall Missions is directly related to Brawler's Guild progress - no brawling, no Missions...?
