I have one follower at ilvl 810 and this opened.

Upgraded another follower to 810 for counters.

Completed mission and alongside Elmo della Custode Rotto got also Fregio delle Custodi as bonus.

Now this Elmo della Custode Rotto opens a quest Segrete delle Custodi: Nelle Segrete delle Custodi which sends you into Mythic Segrete delle Custodi

Rewards are Sacca di Materiali Confiscati and 19g 40s

Inside the bag was a random drop from the instance itself.

I'm assuming there is similar quest item for each mythic instance in Legion.

I had lvl 109 followers that which level appeared in orange indicating they were below mission level and provided less bonus. I didn't want to risk it with only 69% so I took 'em out/send them on another mission before attempting this one. Once they were lvl 110 it was effectively worse, since the mission asks for ilvl 810 of the follower and the ones I had were only 760, which showed in red and didn't count at all for mission success chance.

It would have been better to send them when they were ilvl 109, since now the mission will expire today and I won't get my followers to the required item level before it does.

This mission proc'd 2 or 3 days ago, and I have no followers at 810, they are all still 775 and lower. My paladin is level 110, though, and that might be the only prerequisite for this mission to pop up. It expires in 9 hours, so I figure even with a 10% success chance, I don't want to miss out on it, just in case they do succeed.

Don't worry if the iLevel of your champions is too low and the missions experies the first time it comes up because it shows up again and the missions stays at the same item level requirement.

Had to come here to find out if it was mythic, so I can avoid running the quest mission, Even at Enhance Ilevel 855, I can't get mythic runs, so I avoid anything but guild runs.
