I received this as a result from Sasso Avvolto nella Carta, which was a nice little bonus from harvesting an Frammento del Portale Instabile, and I love the level of thought that went into it. Sometimes Blizzard really has their moments! Now I just have to brawl my way through the ranks to actually get a whack at this guy.

I just did this as BrM with 140k dps (not high). He will always use his abilities in the order of Rock, Paper, Scissors. This is not to say he will always start with Rock, but that if he casts Paper first he will then use Scissors and, lastly, Rock.

He hits hard if you get it wrong, but getting the first one wrong just means you need to survive until the next one and get it right.

As BrM I had to get every one right in order to have the DPS to beat the enrage (only had about 2 seconds left).

On my attempts, he always led with rock or scissors so I had a 50-50 chance of getting it right if I started with paper or rock. Starting with rock gives you a better lead-off if you are doing this as DPS with less survivability as the worst it can result in is a draw and those abilities don't hit as hard as if you lose. (I only had a few attempts on this so there isn't enough data to say this for sure).

For weeks now, i plant different flowers, but Ro-Shambo´s stone won´t drop... what´s the problem? :(

I have been harvesting Portal shards everyday since 5.3 Dropped as well as White Turnips and still no Paper-Covered Rock ?

Available after completing the quest from Sasso Avvolto nella Carta

Paper-Covered Rock has a chance to drop from any crop that's not a 'special' crop, excluding portal shards.

The complete list of crops that can drop this as I know are as followed;

Juicycrunch Carrots
Green Cabbage
Scallions
Mogu Pumpkins
Red Blossom Leeks
Witchberrys
Jade Squash
Striped Melons
Portal Shards
Pink Turnips
White Turnips

Mine dropped from a Juicycrunch Carrot, and as far as I know, every crop has the same chance to drop the Rock.

Bursting crops also seem to have the same chance to drop.
