The card is obtained from obtaining Well-Worn Blindfold, but as of the first weekend after the release of Patch 5.3, for those wondering, there is currently NO KNOWN source for this item. GM's have confirmed the item exists and is implemented is game however. The fact that no one has it yet most likely means it's from a source not available to players yet. Two possible examples would be either the Darkmoon Faire or something related to Wrathion's legendary quest; these are just examples though of things that basically no one would have access to yet.

The item to unlock this, Benda Molto Usata, is confirmed to be looted from Premio dei Giochi di Lunacupa which is rewarded from the minigames at the Darkmoon Faire.

His main attack is Blind Strike, this is a cone attack in front of him. The longer you stay in meleerange, the faster he seems to cast it. If you just stay at range he has a hard time hearing where you are(he's blind after all). If you just nuke him at range he just stands there most of the time and occasionally charges you. Simply run away/continue dps at a safe range. If you're a meleeclass, don't stay in meleerange for too long.

As for a melee, the tactic is to continuously circle him, not stopping unless he's casting Blind Strike, which has a longer cast time and just requires you to be behind him. You simply cannot stop since he will continuously cast Swift Strike, which has about a 0.5 cast time and can only be avoided if you're already running (or you have Jackie Chan reflexes). When he casts his Blind Cleave, run away from him as fast as possible as it has quite a long range. If you do this correctly, you shouldn't be taking any damage at all.

None of his abilities can oneshot you but his Blind Cleave did hit me for 333k damage so unless you plan to Karma (monk) your way out of the damage, keep running!

Just did this on my 523 retribution paladin.

What I did basically is run in circles around him and if I was hit just get away from him and heal.

Remember to put your harsh words glyph in case you get hit very often, it's useful!

I just completed this fight as an assassination rogue. There is a pattern to his attacks that is vital to learn in order to stay alive. When he uses Blind Strike, circle behind him and get in some easy DPS. Afterwards he will use four Swift Strikes in a row. Keep circle strafing to avoid these attacks. As soon as the fourth swift strike is being cast, run away- he will follow this with a Blind Cleave every time, and this is a very very large point blank area of effect attack. After the animation completes, get back into the fight and repeat until he is dead. Happy brawling!

If you are rushing to finish this achievement on this last Darkmoon Faire before the patch, a piece of information that saved me from stressing out:

Premio dei Giochi di Lunacupa can be farmed on all of your characters and sent to your main. Just look inside the bag for the Benda Molto Usata and then send the bag with it inside to the character you want! Even a level 1 can farm the dailies but they are unable to look inside the bag so just send all the bags to your main and hope the blindfold is inside.
