do i have to keep the book for the achievment or can i sell it?

You can safely vendor this item. Looting the item is what counts towards the achievement progress, and it's not required that you keep it.

This is one of five books needed to get the Assetato di sapere Achievement.

The five books are:
Diario degli Zandalari Rilegato in Ferro
Diario degli Zandalari Macchiato di Sangue
Diario degli Zandalari Stracciato
Diario degli Zandalari Logoro
Diario degli Zandalari Fradicio

You do not get credit if the book is traded or if you purchase it, only if you loot them.

I'm an alliance player, and have been farming my Black Prince reputation in Zeb'tula (north of Stage 1 Isle of Thunder). You will find Zeb'tula Spearanger's that throw spears as long as they're above 50% health, and Zeb'tula Alchemists that, when pulled with a large amount of them, can do a fair amount of damage with their thrown potions (which I noticed could not be interrupted).

There is also Zeb'tula Beastcaller's who patrol with two or three dino pets.
And of course the Zeb'tula Stoneshield's who go into a Barrier Stance, and take less damage from the front.

I have not farmed in any other locations besides Zeb'tula as no Horde were around this area. Also, this is a great location to farm Chiave del Tesoro di Lei Shen. And if you're really into it, use a Pozione della Fortuna to make it worth the while!

It seems that the highest drop chance for this is Forziere Portafortuna, which is looted from Tesoro del Re del Tuono

Zeb'tula Alchemists will phase out once your faction has begun to build their base on the island after leaving the ships, if you plan to farm these journals, these trolls are not your best bet

I found the best place to farm this was Stormsea Landing, near the massive boat.

Just kill all the conscripts and spirit-twisters there.

Don't bother buying this book off the AH - unless you just like to read

purchasing the book does not count for the achievement

"loot" is the key word

Very rare. Farmed for well over 2 hours at Stormsea Landing, got several other journals but never saw this one.

Well , here we are in Shadowlands. I was checking here to see if it had any value because I went into the raid on Normal. I was looking for other things and
so I only killed the first 3 bosses and looted this journal 2 times. Probably took a total of 6 minutes? Just in case anyone was looking for it for that achievement.
