This is the item you receive when you complete the quest Il Super Aratro "Spezzaterra".
To start the quest, purchase Super Aratro "Spezzaterra" from Gina Palmo Florido.
(To be eligible to purchase the item, you must first complete the quest Ampliare la fattoria III: il masso muschioso, which requires Exalted reputation with Coltivatori.)

Simply line yourself up with a row of crops, then use the item. You will automatically be moved forward and 'Till' your Untilled Soil.

This Plow, combined with Antiparassitario and Irrigatore save you some time with your Tillers farming!

EDIT:
The plow sits on the side of your farm, and you must loot it, then use in your bags.

If you don't have space in your bags you can safely delete the item. It will appear at the farm, near the other tools.

After completing the quest you have to leave the area to have the plow appear.
The Master Plow moves in any direction, but always in a straight line.

I had to delete the shovel that allows me to till spots or it the plow would not appear.

I really wish you could control this once you activate it. I can't tell you how often I mess up the angle and miss the one or 2 plots and have to redo it.

I am sad to announce my displeasure with this item. Both of the previous quest giving items that came with progression through reputation with The Tiller's shortened my time farming and lessened my baggage, this one seems to do the opposite. Tilling as I go still seems the more affective method. It does still look beautiful sitting on my farm, though I'm the only one that can see it.

It wasn't because of a certain Simpsons episode, although most certainly the item is a nod towards it, but something else. It took me a while to remember where I had seen the name "Master Plow" before...

lol, so I just noticed that you can toggle walk while plowing, of course the plow duration remains the same. If you are in "walk" mode when you start to plow, depending on where you stand, you will only be able to plow two plots.

Update.
I wanted to see if I could use a combination of burning adrenaline and Demonic circle teleport to plow two rows from one use of the plow.
Unfortunately using demonic circle teleport ends a Master plow cycle early, but no biggie, all I had to do was just use the plow again and plowed two rows in record time.

Is it just me, or is this item buggy as hell? I started out standing near the fence on one end, and somehow it managed to miss the first two plots, despite me going almost right through the middle of them.

Okay, here's a HOW-TO: Plow your farm.
Required:

Enabled "Click-to-move" option
A keybind "Interact with NPC" (for me, it's "E")
A keybind "Walk backward" (that's "V", long live tank habits)
Exalted with the Tillers.
Completed the "Master Plow" quest.

How to do it:

Grab your plow. Put it on action bar (let's assume it's on F1.)
Stand at the untilled plot on the edge of your land.
Select an untilled plot on the opposite edge.
Press "Interact with NPC".
When character begin to run to the selected plot, press "Walk backward".
Walk out of your first plot, then use the Plow.

Then move to the next row, select and repeat. E-V-F1.
No longer will you wonder, if your aim is fine. You will never miss a plot on your way.

Plowing speed is affected by movement speed. I.E. my priest uses Body and Soul (talented PW:S) right before using the plow and she plows at a faster rate.

The 5.2 patch notes indicate that this will finally be helpful with the annoying virmen. It will pop them out of the ground at 30% health and stunned.

Should not be operated while your toon is "under the influence"... It leads to extra work!
Blizzard slacked on not putting a warning about that in the tooltip, imho.

If you use the plow on occupied soil and then becomes unclickable, relog, it should allow you to attack the vermin manually.

Love this thing, made farming so much quicker!

Its not hard to use, move the camera up a little so its pointing down. Line up with the plots and click away!

It will bring out any vermin, stun them and knock them down to 30% health. You will have to go and till that plot afterwards, but its a small price to pay I feel.

Just throw it away when your done, and it will appear back on your farm good as new!

Well worth the price in my opinion :)

This item now will plow up critters that are hiding under the soil. This will reduce their health and stun them which makes them much easier to kill now. However, as of this day, this option sometimes causes an error. After you kill what ever it digs up sometimes the soil will not respond when you try to work with it. I found that if you leave the area and come back this sometimes fixes the bug. I have reported this bug.

Somewhat like hunter pets in reverse, the virmen appear at full health, then reduce to 30%. If you hit them before it reduces, you can end up fighting them at full health, although they're still stunned.

I just wish you could control it, some days I feel it would just as quick to till each plot, why not just let you run around with it whilst on sunsong ranch....not a big deal just something I think would make it even better

Rogues can activate their sprint ability then use the plow for some fast funny farming.

Turns into Grandmaster Plow when you activate Nitro Boosts.

If you activate the plow while walking backwards, you end up dragging the thing backwards. Same for sideways, but it's not as funny looking.

Rogues can use Burst of Speed or Sprint to make the plowing go 70% faster.I haven't tried it yet but i bet speed potions work also.

I sat out Cataclysm and MoP, only returning after the release of WoD. I can't speak for the way this item performed in the past, but I can typically till the soil by hand as fast or faster than I can with the Super Aratro. The problem has to do with steering and aiming the blasted thing, I burn up more time aiming it than I save using it.

This item seems broken since patch 7.0 hit. You can still till the plots individually. The Master Plow does the odd one or two, but then that's it.

Master plow is useless since Pre-Legion patch. Doesn't plow at all most of the time. Sometimes it will get one or two. Actually faster to not use it at all. Please fix it Blizzard.

To clarify a few things, after you harvest your crops there will be one of three messages above each plot: untilled soil, occupied soil or stubborn weed. Running the plow over untilled soil tills it, of course. Running it over the stubborn weed does nothing. Running it over occupied soil will cause a vermin to appear, whose health is reduced a great deal. It will attack you and after you kill it you will have to till the plot it came from. The plow was not glitched as of this writing. This item does not have to be equipped to use. Click it in your bags or on a task bar.
