At the moment this item is weird.
Out of combat, I can use it on a mob, and the trinket will do the damage (~45k for me), without pulling the mob or bringing me into combat.
Can be used on opposing faction without pulling guards etc.
Range seems to be around 40 yards.
Seems exploitable to me.

Edit: Aaaand it's changed as of 5.1. It's now normal and pulls and flags when used.

If you're unflagged for pvp combat but the opposing faction member is flagged you can kick it at them without flagging you, I've killed several hordies that thought they were protected by their group of 90's with them, too funny.

I love this Trinket ... However I'd like to know how many different ones there are? And where to get the more powerful ones?

There' one that says this:
+537 Critical Strike (1.85% @ L87)
Use: Roll an Explosive Barrel at the target, dealing 17471 Fire Damage upon impact. (2 Min Cooldown)

On the Armory Mine says this:
+537 Critical Strike
Use:Roll an Explosive Barrel at the target, dealing 34,935 Fire Damage upon impact.

In the Game it says:
+537 Critical Strike (1.85% @ L87)
Use: Roll an Explosive Barrel at the target, dealing 17468 - 52,402 Fire Damage upon impact. (2 Min Cooldown)

I've seen one here on WowHead
That went to from 35K-80K of Fire Damage but I have yetr to find it again.

"Explosive" = single target damage only.
Also it seems to (AP at least)-scale because it always does more damage than the tooltip states.
