This quest "reward" food will not actually grant the buff it promises, as you cannot sit still long enough to gain the buff while eating it. Your character literally squirms with delight (or disgust, depending on your species, I guess) the moment you sit down to eat the meal.

You will get the buff it promises, but at the same moment, you gain a debuff that removes Well Fed after 30 seconds.

As a druid in dps spec i got 100 dodge food buff from it, though agility would have been better, and it stayed there for 1h as it should. so either now it doesnt remove the buff anymore or i got lucky.

As of October 3rd, This item is usable while in combat. It is interrupted by damage however!

If you're a healer, save these! use them on raid raid progression when you're OOM

This doesn't seem very useful at first because of how quickly the buff is removed, but before you destroy it, think about how you could use it. It's actually very helpful to put the buff on right before initiating a boss or soloing a rare, and if you're lucky you get to kill something and then triumphantly vomit on it's corpse. It's a win-win. Also, with the humans it appears that they do a praying motion while vomiting. Unexpectedly amusing.

Unlike any other food in the game, this can be used in combat. Doesn't provide you health or mana, however.

I was able to keep the buff by eating it, and cancelling it before the full duration and after well-fed applied.

As of 5.3.0, my paladin didn't lose her well fed buff after vomiting.
Is someone still losing the buff due to the vomiting?

Edit: Actually she does. I even tried to be sneaky and bubble the debuff off - well, it did go off but she vomited the well fed away, as well :(
