This is one of many novelty souveneirs added at the end of quest chains.

Reward from a short quest chain at the Temple of Niuzao. You help a grummel replace his bad yak (Ruthers), who is hostile. After getting him a new yak, he gives you this harness. Ruthers will chase you around for several seconds, before ramming you and running away. Contraty to the "same model as", this is not a mount.

I like this item, it's just a fun little thing to use. Unfortunately, there's a few dozen similar items, and I'm out of bank space BEFORE the expansion comes. Since it isn't gear (and many items in my bank also aren't gear), Void Storage won't be an option.

Unfortunately Ruthers only lasts a few seconds after which he runs off. I would love to have a yak minipet! (hint hint blizzard)

Bad yak, yes. Perhaps even the worst yak. But the best item in the game.

Ruthers will aggro. Having fun waiting for a pull, someone activated the macro sending yaks in every direction. One found the boss. "And here we go!"

I found out the hard way, that Ruthers can pull a boss. We had some good laughs about it in the raid :)

This item can also be used on a flight path (even in 5.3). Not quite as fun as the other uses though, as you'll probably be flying too fast to see anything happen.

Why is this not classified as a toy in 6.0.2? Hopefully this is just an oversight on Blizzard's part and they will fix it.

Being a toy... I deleted at least 3 times. I couldnot keep it in my bags nor bank. No space anymore :\ Now I need to go back for it :(

/pet him after using the toy and he will gore you... just like in the quest :)
