I find this more of a burden than a sought after item. I was quite stoked to get it at first but that quickly subsided with the realisation that it consumed charges. After a quick search you can see that this is equal to a Spirit flask to make this item better how about making the charges unlimited but reduce the 1000 spirit to 750 much likeElixir of Peace or even Potion of the Jade Serpent would be nice so that its not equal to but still a pretty awesome item.

It also wastes a tinker spot.

I can confirm that after using the 2 charges on it, they will Not regenerate. Neither does it work repairing it.

The flask effect is removed when you remove the cloak and will not be reapplied after you re-equip it.

Bliz at least u should have made a way to charge this back piece. I was so stoked getting this other day cause the 1000 spirit got me to hit cap on my spriest. Blizz please fix, or nerf it to 750-800 spirit with unlimited use. Or put a 5 x 1000 spirit each good for 1 hour on a midnight cd. ty

Confirmed GM response that the charges will not reset or regenerate. There are only 2, and once used they are gone forever.

The on-use effect flask from this cloak is affected by Mixology, so you get a flask with 2 hour duration and 1480 spirit.

Not sure why everyone is so upset about this. It's a good cloak, and it's a bonus few hundred gold you can save on two flasks (which, assuming you get this cloak while working on raid gear, you will need shortly).

Picked this cloak up yesterday as I began heroics - thought it was the best thing since sliced bread until the limited use clause came to my attention. How strange that blizz would put in a neat item like this, only to restrict it so heavily.

Be careful... If you accidentally click this twice in a row, you will use up both charges at once.

There is a reason the use effect has two charges.

If it were only 1 charge the cloak would have to be named "Cloak of the Hidden Flask"

That said I doubt the use effect is included in the itemization budget. It's just an extra perk.
