This keeps getting downvoted, so I assume I need to list some very obvious information that everyone could find out on their own, but refuse to anyway:

As the quest item and not the actual edible sold by Stamp Corno Tonante, these are the crunchy frogs players with the Cooking secondary profession will make for a quest in the new-and-improved Darkmoon Faire. You will get a bag of Rane Paffute when you pick up the quest. You must buy some simple flour, mix the frogs with the flour (simply by clicking the frog bag once), then return to Stamp's tent with your Rana Impanata and throw them into the deep-frying cauldron behind him.

For alliance:- Simple flour, used to make the frogs, can be purchased from the vendor Tharwynn Bouden (41,66) in goldshire along the main road next to the portal to Darkmoon Faire (not at the cooking instructor at the inn). 5 simple flour is needed to make 5 frogs. You will need to be standing next the the quest giver Stamp Thunderhorn (52,68) in Darkmoon Faire to make them.
