TL;DR Breaks mage macros with Cone of Cold in them until a logout.

Once a Cono Gelato has been placed into your inventory, your Cono di Freddo macros may fail as they are attempting to use the item instead of the spell of the same name. We have similar issues with Globo Congelato and Globo Congelato. The solution is to add parentheses at the end of the spell name. This is similar to the syntax used when we used to be able to select the rank of a spell to use. So, the correct macro is:

/use Cone of Cold()

Note: /cast and /use are synonymous.

Starting off in Orgrimmar in The Drag you speak to Matrona degli Orfani Petra and receive the quest La Settimana dei Bambini /way 58, 57.2
use Fischietto dell'Orfano Orco to summon your Orcish Orphan turn in the quest and pick up the others.
