This object is so awesome, What does it mean?

But anyway,The quest is easy enough to do and pretty amusing. Once you get the object watch people cry with joy. I just take it outside Org and duel random people and shoot them with the rainbow generator ,great way to troll in battlegrounds also.. The downside is that is doesn't last long and the cooldown is 10 minutes. What a shame. :(

To all tanks who use this to pull bosses, do note that while generating your rainbow casting/channeling laws apply; (1) you can not dodge incoming attacks (2) you can not parry incoming attacks. That leaves you completely open for pounding whole 3 seconds (channel is not interrupted by melee abilities or moving around) -hence not smart to use on let's say a mob while tanking a group... you will get hit a lot from each mob and you may even die without even noticing how fast it happened.

In short; use only for pulls, not in combat while tanking -it's not smart!

I just used this on an ally warrior in Ramkahen, and a Mar'at Guardian chased me all the way to the Obelisk of the Moon.

I went back and casted exorcism on the same warrior, and a Mar'at Guardian only chased me for about 1/4 the distance.

I wonder what that means.

step 1- hack so you have infinite speed and can move/fly while channeling, and channel forever.
step 2- activate rainbow
step 3- go very fast and fly off of the ground
step 4- become epic

To be clear this only works on enemies and neutral targettable creatures (such as critters). You can't use it on people in your own faction unless you are duelling.

Finally, this item is becoming a toy in Legion! No more quick equipping it during downtime in groups to make a rainbow only to have the tank pull something leaving you to panic because you were too busy making rainbows to get the right trinket equipped on off CD :P

New Toys - Old Items Converting to Toys
I figured it's better now than later to start farming the old items that will be converted to toys in Legion. Who knows if they'll lower drop rates or how heavily they will be camped once they're added to the toybox.
I made myself a Google Sheets document to track all the toys being converted and it has the ability to mark off the item once you've found it. With the filters I can then hide any marked off toys. This has really helped me find and track the long list of items and I wanted to share it with the community. I've heavily cleaned it up for sharing purpose, so feel free to use it as you please!

To confirm from the Legion beta, Rainbow Generator (becoming a Toy in Legion) will automatically be added to your Toybox as long as you have completed the Imp-auriti quest.

This applies even if you have deleted this item!

As of 7.0.3, this is now a toy that gets added to your collection. No trinket that can be equipped.

To get the full super rainbow effect your character should eat some Alborella Iridata in Carpione and should be wearing Vera Arcobaleno with the Cinturone Arcobaleno, too while using their Generatore d'Arcobaleno! xD
