The book of ur is in the large round room where the level 21 elite wolf is be careful after you kill him 3 creatures come out but the book of ur is on the shelf in that room

"The Book of Ur" is a quest item for the quest "book of ur" which u can get from Keeper Bel'dunger in Undercity (Apothecarium quarter.)

Once you have the quest you can head for SFK(shadowfang keep), note if you are lowbie gather a party to assist you.
you will come to a circular room with a lvl 21 elite called (Fenrus the devourer), caution archmage will be above you summoning 3-4 minature voidwalkers(easily killed) once the wolf is dead search the room for a glittering purple book and then your done, respawn time is approximately 3 minutes if multiple people need the book.

Note: once you return and hand in the quest you will recieve 500 reputation with Undercity a little cash $$ and a choice between two common(green) items.

really easy to solo an a 25 rogue. just sneak past mobs until the cell keeper. then just run and open the door and make the deathguard open to courtyard. use vanish when the keeper takes aggro. the just sneak you way and get the book. =)

It awards 3400 experience at level 21 (the quest was still red, so i'm guessing its around 4k at level 25ish)

ironically, this book speaks of how worgen are ferocious and dangerous, and how he hopes nobody seeks out the worgen since no pact can be struck with them and terror will follow - whereas the cataclysm expansion brings the worgen to the alliance
...strange, strange blizzard...
