I guess nobody likes Resident Evil... Just to clear things for those who don't know, I was referencing the Keeper's Diary from the first Resident Evil game. It was a diary kept by a scientist during the initial zombie virus outbreak. He caught it directly from the source, and his diary explained his thoughts as his infection progressed. On the final page, all he could write was the number four for the date, and the words "Itchy" and "Tasty" due to his zombie state. This item is very likely a reference to the Keeper's Diary. Has anyone ever gotten this item in game since launch?

I read somewhere that this drops from hostile worgen in Gilneas City, but only that.

I grinded for quite awhile for this to drop but it never did, so I gave up. If anyone else has ever gotten it, I'm not sure.

As of 4.3.2, still no drops on this journal. Trying again today with no luck at all. :/

Got this in a Historic Lore Books pile during the daily quest 'Daily Relaxation' while Love is in the Air event was active 2024.

You can occasionally get this from the stack of history books during the "Gift of Relaxation" quest from the Love Is In The Air event :)
