Not sure if this has happened to anyone else on this quest or not. I got the necklace, which started the quest. It made me get 5 medallion fragments, then when I combined them it told me it was complete.

I am running carbonite and it is telling me along with the standard mini map to turn it in right next to (or on top) the NPC Budd who gives out a quest himself for gunpowder.

Again, it shows me that the quest is complete but I have no idea what to do now... think I may have found a bugged quest perhaps?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just read the other page and apparently quest tracking addons have to be disabled just fyi.

There is no turn in location for this.
once you have the parts...
mash yerr rit-clk buhttn tuh makit n den rit-clk whutitt makes.
once you have done it you should have the option to complete/turn in.
if ya dont, then..... TURN OFF your addons.
it's buggy.

After you 'right click' on the fragments, a pop-up box appears on the top right of your screen click on the box to complete the quest. You may have an add-on that covers the box. I looked around for quite a while before I realized what was going on. Good Luck.
