The green item-level 300 and blue item-level 325 (both under the "see also" tab here) are.
I see them on AH.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

There are 20 of them in all,
but you only see combos appropriate for the gear it's applied to.

This is good for enchanters, if you follow some jewelcrafting guides while leveling you should have a lot of these rings. When you disenchant them you get a lot of Polvere Ipnotica and these dusts extremely necessary for enchanters as i said, you can make good profit.
