Aside from spell penetration (if you don't already have at least 195 spell pen), this is the best gem for a blue socket for an Affliction Warlock in pvp (IMO).

Gem these for blue sockets, grab the pvp hit belt and ring, and then reforge from hit -> haste if over the hit cap.
