Lowest level 'long/swishy' cloak I've seen thus far. Was more excited finding this for my Tauren Paladin than downing Deathwing... Swishy cloaks are bawss.

This cloak also drops somewhere in Elwynn Forest, maybe Narg the Taskmaster. I got it there with a lvl 6 human paladin.

It dropped for my lvl 9 Orc monk from a snapjaw crocolisk in Durotar. Needless to say I was chuffed - it's quite beautiful.

This one and the Cappa del Grizzly are the only long low level cloaks I found yet, besides the obvious BOA cloaks, the Mantello Agitato and the event capes. I found them to be easily farmable on the Lost Isles since you spend about a good hour killing the three types of enemies which drop them (Squalo degli Spargifumo, Sovrintendente Bruto and Mercenario dei Mari del Sud), and they all appear in and after the Gallywix Labor Mine, which is close to the end of the Lost Isles quests.

With patch 10.0.5 bringing transmogrification of white and gray quality armor, Mantello Inanellato da Battaglia is now transmoggable. It is identical in appearance to Mantello d'Acqua Invernale. (I was not certain the color was the same based off the screenshot, but the two cloaks are indicated as identical in-game in the Appearances collection.)

If you're having difficulty obtaining Battle Chain Cloak, then you can obtain Winterwater Cloak through a low-level quest, Acqua invernale, available to both sides. But you must do some prerequisite quests in the chain before this quest becomes available.
