Currently the only way to get it open is to find a Rogue with maxed (400) lockpicking skill who's wearing Dark Leather Gloves.

Edit: Was changed in the previous Build on PTR to only require 400 lockpicking to open, which somewhat takes out the "unique-ness" of the item. Ah well.

This require a lockpicking skill of 400 now, lowered from 405. And can now be opened with Titanium Skeleton Key.

Edit: Also I got a Solid Stormjewel and it was not BoP, but it was Unique Equipped.

got a 20 agi stormjewel, 1 autumn's glow, 1 forest emerald, 1 Lost Ring of the Marksman, vendor trash including Tower Key, vendored for 16g 66s 66c. Oh and 5 pygmy oil.

The jewels are indeed unique-equipped in 3.1.0 live, they are also BoE.

I just got one of these from the fishing daily and it had "The 5 Ring" in it. nice purple ring with 55 stamina, 55 hit, and 55 critical strike. Any ideas on how much to post this on AH for? I am unaware of it being seen on my realm before.

Mine included a Forest Emerald, Sky Sapphire, Rigid Stormjewel and the 5 ring (as well as the junk).

I always had bad luck with the fishing daily until today. I got the porcelain bell (100g to a vendor!) and a tiny titanium lockbox which had a scarlet ruby, autumn's glow, a blue quality necklace and a runed stormjewel (+23 SP). I no longer think that Blizzard's RNG hates me :D

finding one of these within my first week of this daily, and having it contain both a delicate stormjewel and the 5 ring, i consider nothing more than fair and just compensation for the 8 hours it took me to catch Lady Katran Prestor's Gold Coin (that's 8 hours just since catching the last useful coin)

Seems to be a multiple item lockbox. I was expecting one item, but instead picked up one epic gem, the blue ring,and 2 blue gems, as well as a couple grey items and about 6 gold. A very nice reward in addition to the money gained in the bag of fishing treasures already.

Got 1 of those today. Had it opened by a rogue, contained Lost ring of the Invoker, Brilliant stormjewel, scarlet ruby and an autumn's glow + the random grey loot. Very nice to get 1 of those from a daily :>

Took awhile to find a rogue to open, but when I finally did:
1x Scarlet Ruby
1x Twilight Opal
1x Runed Stormjewel
1x Sparkly Necklace
1x Hoop Earring

Best reward I've gotten yet from a fishing quest.

I got one of these today in my reward bag, as i am a JC aswell i gained a lil extra gold from the gems that wer in this Runed Stormjewel(23 SP) Scarlet Ruby and Autums Glow along with a green ring a gray ring and a gray necklace.

The drop chance is really low pluss the loot is a low %, mostly you'll get is some gold, 1-3 gems, grey items and 1 epic or 1 blue.
Did get it in Il Pesce Fantasma, first time i've seen it for several years.
