Naraxis resides in a cave just north of Darkshire. It is a lvl27 and an easy kill. The Fang sells for around 2G at the AH. A very good money maker.

I have harvested and sold on AH 3 of these. Be careful when attempting this kill as the smaller spiders around her have a very short spawn rate.

Thats a cool looking dagger i found off a spider, wish it had some stats but you can have double poisons now!

This item is no longer dropped off Naraxis. All old world rares drop a random green with a random enchant instead of items that correspond to the rares themself.

Though I did farm one of these a while back on my character, Naraxis (named after the spider). I tell people I ripped my tooth out, then link the dagger =)

Never realized this was a rare dagger. I have it in my collection. Currently have 550 total daggers collected.

This is now once again dropping from Naraxis with 10.1.7 with blizzard bringing back hundreds of items that were removed when the cataclysm hit.
