This token gives you 250 rep to Kirin Tor.
As Human you'll get 10% more = 275 rep
You can get the The Spirit of Sharing buff = 275 rep
With the Sharing buff as human, you'll get 20% = 300 rep.

Edit: The tokens give you alot more now. 520 rep
As Human you'll get 10% more = 572 rep
You can get the The Spirit of Sharing buff = 572 rep
With the Sharing buff as human, you'll get 20% = 624

These currently cost 16 Justice Points and give 520 reputation as of Cataclysm, for reference, you get 12 justice points for each normal lich king dungeon (24 for heroic). Of course, once you hit cata you get 140 jp per random dungeon... making these rep grinds painstakingly easy :D.

For any that's curious about how much you need to buy to go from Neutral to Exalted, I did the math. This is assuming that you have 0 rep with the Kirin Tor (Though this is highly unlikely). Also, this is assuming the guild has the 2nd Rank of Mr. Popularity. For the sake of values, I didn't feel like doing the math for the 5% buff. (This took too much time as it is.)

Without Any Rep Buff (N)
81 Badges - 1296 Justice Points

With the Guild Buff Saranno Famosi (GB)
74 Badges - 1184 Justice Points

With the Guild Buff, and one of Coscienza Pulita, Visione Tetra, or Spirito della Condivisione (GBS)
68 Badges - 1088 Justice Points

With the Guild Buff, Rep Spell, and Human Passive Diplomazia (GBSH)
63 Badges - 1008 Justice Points

As I said, this is assuming that you have 0 rep with the Kirin Tor, the following is the respective amounts for those with Friendly, Honored or Revered. This also assumes you have the base amount (In other words 0 rep at the stated status) The tag beside the above will tell which one below goes for what person.

And obviously the values are the same if you have 2 or 3 buffs that are not what's listed. Such as a Human in a guild with Mr. Popularity. Each buff gives 10% so nothing changes mathematically. This also is the same for the other Commendation Badges that can be obtained this way.

What will happen to these once WoD hits, will they be sold for gold or will they be removed from the game as they are removing Justice Points?

In 6.0 with the removal of all Valor and Justice Points badges increasing any Northrend reputation are removed, too. You can still purchase the tabards and grind instances or do dailies for them.
Normal Lich King dungeons no longer seem to give any reputation with a tabard on, Heroic runs grant 19-20/mob, 325/boss.

As of patch 6.0, the old Justice Points and Commendation Badges were removed from the game.

With that said, they ARE available during Timewalking events. Keep in mind they are only available
for the region that the Timewalking event is involving (ie. Northrend, Outland etc).

Without rewriting what has been already well documented I'll point you to a post by Sapph
on the Timewarped Badge page that details it perfectly.

Hope that helps for those who were looking for the old Commendation Badges!
