So, is this going to be armor penetration rating , or is it going to be just 40 points of armor?

I mean, 40 armor doesn't really sound like much considering how high armor will be when we get to Northrend. And at least if it were rating, from what I understand it would offer a percentage reduction instead of just so many armor points.

The new best food for warriors and some other melee DPS in 3.1
Much easier to make than dragonfin fillets (+40 str).

Is this the only food with this benefit? I can't seem to find a (for example) fish counterpart.

This food doesn't restore mana, just health :(

On the 4.0.1 PTR, this food gives 40 critical strike rating and 40 stamina instead of the old 40 armor penetration rating and 40 stamina.
