after patch 5.4 and scaling of enchants based on level and scaling in BGs this item is bugged

on 70+ level players this scales to +16 stats (shows +4) when in a BG, out of a BG goes back to giving +4

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42702 which one would think is a upgrade gives +6 stats

Lacrima d'Incubo is also bugged in game it shows +0 stats on offical WOW site, in game shows +2 stats and gives +8 stats when in a BG. for certain levels, 90's get +10 stats
