Quick question: Orc Racial (-15%) + Iron Will (Warr talent: -30%) + this (-15%) = ?, I dont think that it will be -60%, isn't?

IF it is -60% duration effect, then Blizz should take out DR on stun an even on roots/snares/fear.

For an orc without any anti-stun talents it works out to an 23,5% stun duration reduction.

Does the 10% stun duration reduction round up? For example: Does it cause Cheap Shot to last only 3 seconds?

The paladin talent Stoicism which gives -30% stun duration would work great with this gem.. Rouges' stuns barely last a few seconds against my paladin

Im surprised that no one has mentioned that this meta requires 3 blue gems to activate. The other two tanking meta options, AED and the ESD, both require a red gem to activate.

If you trying to min/max your stam with solid zircons in every slot, you may find this meta may be the way to go.
