for turn in you need to speak to Valerie Langrom at the Langrom's Leather & Links shop. the shop is located at (50.7,70.0) in Dalaran.

if you don't have coords it the middle shop on the left past the fountain in The Eventide.

just be sure you read which pair gauntlets you're trying to buy because its a different one for the drops of 10 and 25 man OS.

It's actually a different vendor for a different kind of armor (Cloth,Plate or Leather).

All leather gloves (all 3 druid sets and the rogue glove tokens) are handed over to Valerie Langrom mentioned earlier (Dalaran :51.7 , 72.5).
Death Knight glove tokens are handed to Griselda Hunderland (Dalaran :46.5 , 26.9).
Mage tokens are accepted and traded for T7 by Paldesse (Dalaran :43.9 , 49.1).

As of patch 7.2, you can now create the piece of armor by right clicking on it. So much easier than going to the vendor! : D
