Obviously this will be a cut from using a Cardinal Ruby which can be gotten by various methods. Purchasable by Emblems of Heroism, can be prospected from Titanium ore as well as Transmuted by Alchemists.

Currently the transmute requires 1 Scarlet Ruby and 1 Eternal Fire (changed from "several Eye of Zul")

The release of Mists of Pandaria is slated for Sept.25, 2012. Every version of the WotLK agility gem is going to be huge because it is the highest gem monks can use prior to the level requirement for Cata gems. This means Sanguinite Delicata, Rubino Scarlatto Delicato, and Rubino Cardinale Delicato.

As per usual, people who really don't care to spend the gold, or to maximize their toons, will probably be more interested in the uncommon gems because they'll be the cheapest. The players who are sitting on a good amount of gold and are interested in at least maximizing short of spending ludicrous amounts of gold to do so will be interested in the rare cuts; and, of course, the players with a vast amount of wealth will pay whatever it takes to have the highest level gems in their gear. That means the Rubino Cardinale and specifically the delicate cut.

These are not the easiest gems to come by and will, at no point, saturate the market. The sheer amount of leveling monks will make these prices skyrocket. Start looking at these on your server's AH for good deals NOW; if you're a JC, go get the Modello: Rubino Cardinale Delicato for 5 Dalaran JC tokens.

In less than 8 weeks, Mists of Pandaria will have the full attention of your server's economy.

As of patch 5.4 these now scale with your level, giving only +10 @ lvl 70. Sad sad day for 70 twinks. :(
