Mixology improves the effect of this elixir so it increases all Stats by 28 for 2 hours.

20 stamina, 20 Strength, 20 Agility. For Feral tanking.

Better overall than just 50 strength, or 45 agility. Actually, This BATTLE Elixir gives you almost as much health (due to multipliers) as the GUARDIAN elixir for health... +threat and avoidance stats.

Unfortunately...These cost 15g+ each, vs like...4g each for the others.

With the drop rate of Pygmy Suckerfish from pools being greatly buffed, the price of Pygmy oil and this elixir has greatly dropped. Although it may not be the GREATEST elixir for feral tanking / hunter DPS, etc. the cost/effect of this elixir is amazing.

Easily the best Battle Elixir for Pally tanks, and most likely for all tanks period.

While many Tanks use the Stoneblood Flask (650 HP flat) I prefer the combination of Guru's Elixier with Elixir of Mighty Fortitude.

As a Feral-Druid, Guru's will give you (for Dire Bear Form):

20 Str => 20 * 1.06 (SotF) * 1.1 (BoK) * 2 (Str->AP) = 23.32 Str
20 Agi => 20 * 1.06 (SotF) * 1.1 (BoK) = 23.32 Agi
20 Sta => 20 * 1.06 (SotF) * 1.2 (HotW) * 1.1 (BoK) * 1.25 (Dire Bear Form) = 34.98 Sta

results in:

AP: 46.64 (23.32 Str * 2)
HP: 349.8 (34.98 Sta * 10)
Crit: 0.279% (23.32 * 0.012)
Dodge: 0.559% (23.32 * 0.024)

While in Cat Form, the AP is multiplied by 2 and 23.32 Agi will also give you additional 23.32 AP. The resulting 69.96 AP will be multiplied by 1.1 (HotW) and so this will give 76.96 AP in Cat Form

This plus Elixir of Mighty Fortitude is better then the Stoneblood Flask.

Raid-buffed Resto Druids:

Guru's Elixir + Elixir of Draenic WIsdom will result in:

Without Mixology:
50 * 1.1 = 55 Int (825 Mana, .69% crit)
50 * 1.1 * 1.15 = 63 Spi (+9 bonus healing)

Mana Regen based on 1200 Int/Spi in FSR (excluding Hymn and Tide) : 43 Mp/5

With Mixology:
50 * 1.1 * 1.5 = 83 Int (1245 Mana, 1.04% crit)
50 * 1.1 * 1.15 * 1.5 = 95 Spi (+14 bonus healing)

Mana Regen based on 1200 Int/Spi in FSR (excluding Hymn and Tide) : 67 Mp/5

this + chest enchant 10 stats+ gem 10 stats+ blesing of kings=50 of each stat which is massive for all classes

If you are a completist this can be a good elixir to spam to get some BC Discovery Flasks

i got Flask of blinding light and Relentes Assault this way and only cost me 50g

Crafting Guru's Elixir seems to no longer proc Outland discoveries. I made easily 200 of these today and made no new discoveries (with several discoveries left to make).
