Because it is not listed as a "good quality" item, if this item drops in an instance there is no option to roll for it even though many toons at this level could sorely use a free 14-slot bag.

This can be good or bad, depending on whether it drops for you, or someone else in your group :)

There is a very low chance to fish this, just buy it off the AH, no point in farming for it.

I don't see why people at lv30 sorely need 14-slot bags, I mean, all the items I got at lv20 I could sell on the AH to get the 9g for a Neatherweave Bag, Hell, I got enough money to max out my bank bag slots and get 16-slot bags for all my bag slots, it's not that hard.

Another interesting side note is that wierdly enough, people still pay up to 20G buyout price for these on my server when a Netherweave Bag that has 2 slots more goes for around 10-14G each epending on day and seller. I can't see any reason why this bag would be worth that much to anyone if the only thing that matters with it is the slots, in which case it's redundant anyways.

Well if you haven't noticed, these along with rune-cloth bags are not BOE. Its perfect for rolling that alt when you know you don't need as much space in the beginning of the game. When you reach the point in needing to upgrade to something else, you can just put them in the bank and pass them to another alt or maybe a low level guildie. Beats buying netherweave bags all the time.

If you want an additional cheap, easy to get 16-slotter that isn't BoE/BoP, the darkmoon storage box is your friend. Sadly it's unique, but hey, it costs 1 measly prize ticket now.

Recently, as of 7.1.5, I had one of these drop in higher level areas. Specifically, I received one in Ruby Sanctum 10 man heroic, off trash. I'm not positive as to whether it is limited to that area of levels.

I'm not aware of whether this is an error or whether this is deliberate. However, I felt that it was worth mentioning. As someone above mentioned one dropping in Cache Of Eregos, it's apparently rare, but not unique.

Just had one of these drop from ICC trash in the Blood Prince boss room. Didn't know they could drop anywhere but classic areas.
