Lol note to rogues, the trail is still visible while you're stealthed, had a good laugh getting into a duel forgetting this was on only to have my opponent know exactly where I was. In short, never use this if you dont want everyone to know exactly where you are with a bright green glowing trail to follow. =P

Either I'm really lucky or this card is a lot easier to get than first speculated. I only bought two of the Hunt for Illidan booster backs and got this loot card in both of them. =D

Picked this card up the other day, unscratched, at first I couldn't wait to get back to my account to use these. I wondered what it even was, a buff, a conjured item, a companion type item... No...

Received 100 on Mage. It's possible even being Hated with Booty Bay, just have the code copied ready for paste. When turning in the code, it's under Hunt for Illidan, Path of Illidan, then the code. I had about 40 goblins whacking me while doing this.

Blink doesn't remove it. Mounting does. Flying mounts too. Haven't tried portals with it yet, or hearthing, but it does fade when dead. It seems like a pretty fragile buff, they should at least make this persist through mounting and death if they're not going to make it permanent (it's limited stock, no unique value at all).

Note: requires DBM or whatever library DBM contains that allows the "/in" command.

It's worth noting, this item has been changed so it no longer makes the unique hoof like fel-footprints on the ground as it did before. It now makes a small green trail where you walk, similar to the green drip from Illusion: Poisoned.

I still have 75 uses left on my old rogue, given that a similar effect was turned into a toy Stivali Fumanti di Ingannia, this should probably be turned into a toy

I obtained this from the TCG pack included in the Wrath Collector's Edition way back at the release of Wrath of the Lich King.

What's annoying is that Blizzard didn't convert this into a toy, much like the Path of Elothir (which is obtainable in-game).
