Added in patch 2.4.3, this ring is sold in limited supply by Haris Pilton for 2400 gold. No faction discount is available, since Haris is no longer part of the Lower City faction.

Confirmed, every 4 seconds there's a sparkle on the right hand (no matter what slot you equipped the ring in). The sparkle can be seen through gloves, and for druids even when shapeshifted! However, it does not show on the character login screen.

The more expensive Gold Eternium Band does not seem to have any visual effect (yet).

Is this not one of the only rings to actually make an appearance on the character to the naked eye?
Please do link more ring slot items that can be seen without inspection as this has a glitter every 4 seconds.

Recently, I saw Qixdi Goodstitch at Booty Bay in STV sell this as a limited supply (1) item... He is a Booty Bay faction member, wich should mean that if you are between Honored and Exalted with Booty Bay, you will get a discount on this ring.

It is either THIS ring (and of course, not getting ganked by the steemwheedle cartel guards) or the Bloodsail faction items :) goodluck getting either.

There is 1 more place that you can buy this ring thats at booty bay at the Tan-your-hide leatherworks there i a cloth sell and there are some rings there at the last page 4th there is the same ring for 2400 gold and i think that you cant see in the dressing room how it sparkles i don't know who will see that ring and say any ting for it 99.9% of people don't know about it so elite for only you to know :)

super, I have a human Bank Alt named Vain.

She is drop dead gorgeous and has the best wardrobe attainable at lvl 10.

I didn't buy the 3000g ring because it doesn't show and showing of is important if you are Vain.

But if this one glows I am getting it.

Actually if you check the inside of the ring under a Gnomish magnifier 5000 you can clearly see an inscription saying; 'Made in China'

As with any armor item with an effect like this, such as the Warlock T6 helm and Rogue T8 shoulders, the effect is shown immediately upon equipping it. I used to unequip and reequip my Shoulderpads of the Monolith to show off their cool effect. I've noticed that that is also the case with this ring. Your hand will sparkle as soon as you equip it. This also happens when switching it from one ring slot to the other. I've created two macros on my bank toon that can be used to show off the ring: "/equipslot 11 Noble's Elementium Signet" and "/equipslot 12 Noble's Elementium Signet." You can hit one macro, then the other, and continue back and forth like every second to keep your hand constantly sparkling.

This seems to be on a pretty quick respawn timer, was within 4 hours for me.
EDIT: Make that within 30 minutes, really quick respawn.

If your ring stops sparkling, try switching rings. I'm not sure what causes it, but sometimes the sparkle effect disappears.

Ring is great for making your bank alt unique. A lot of people try to mimic my look, but it's near impossible with Ruby Shades, Pittied Defias Shortsword, Noble's Elementium Signet, Tabard of the Explorer, Haunted Memento, and various other gear.
Not many people I know would spend 2,000g for a statless ring that sparkles, but I'd say it's worth buying on a bank alt.

Note: Switching ring slots keeps the sparkle in the exact same place.

The sparkle animation and stone from Anello con Diamante Nero stacks with the sparkle from this ring, but they both show on the right hand.

As of the current 4.3 version on the PTR it cannot be transmogrified. There is no slot in the Transmogrification interface for rings.

Over 2k an sells for only 5. I feel like this was a set up...I can list a Lot of things you can do with 2400g an its not to get a sparkly manicure.

WAARNING!

Noble's Elementium Signet cost you 2400 golds, but after, if you sell it to a vendor, the vendor will give you 5 golds! :(

So before you buy one, remember that it's not like the Black Diamond Ring because you won't see a ring or a gem. There is nothing, exept it shine every 4 seconds. The Black Diamond Ring cost more, but you will SEE IT, you will see a big black gem....

Also, when you wear the Noble's Elementium Signet, it will shine on your right hand, not on your left one, no matter in which slot you put the ring.

I didnt know that and I'm dissapointed, so I had to warning you guys
