If you trashed this before finishing Clensing Drak'Tharon (like I did), you can pickup another bottle of the elixir from Drakuru inside the cage in Granite Springs.

Requires 5 Frozen Mojo's for the first quest, 1 Zim'bo's Mojo for the second quest, 5 Desperate Mojo's for the third quest in order to summon Drakuru's spirit :)

Funny little note - this quest item counts as an actual elixir under your "Character - Consumables" Statistics page.

According to that page, it's my most consumed elixir.

After deleting the elixir and realizing I needed it for the Cleansing Drak'tharon quest, I returned to Drakuru and he gave me another one. If you click him it's a choice if you don't have it in your inventory or bank. Once he gives you another his dialogue changes.

Yes, you can still get a replacement elixir from Drakuru in the cage at Granite Springs. Got to the end of Cleansing Drak'Tharon and didn't have the elixir. Left the instance, went to Granite Springs and received a replacement elixir, returned to Drak'Tharon, and finished the Quest.

Just to point out that the elixir does NOT have the usual "golden square" icon that almost all quest items have.

If you somehow put the elixir in your bank and don't remember that it is there, you can not get a replacement from Drakuru. (I thought I had trashed it and could not figure out why I could not get a replacement. Ooops.)
