The formula for energy regen:
* If you are level 40 or below, it restores 100 energy

* beyond 40, it restores two fewer energy per level; an easier formula is to subtract your level from 90 and then multiply by 2 to get the amount of energy restored.
(lvl 45 = 90 energy, 50 = 80, 55 = 70, etc.)

Posted this with thistle tea but (According to all calculations)
I think this means in the new expansion thats coming out if im not mistaken, it will restore 20 Energy? They might end up changing it i s'pose.

Wtf? Oh, so... this is how it goes in the WoW...
Mages, Priests, Paladins, Druids, Shamans and Warlocks all get a secondary bar restorative at level 1 (Refreshing Spring Water) but all Rogues get is freakiin' Thistle Tea and this crap? Good going, Blizzard. Real fair.

ok i've got a sulotion.. give (us) rogue's 14-18k energy @ 80 with some decent gear, and gief some crappy water, i'll gladly live with drinking then.. = DDD
