I got this to drop for my today on heroic after a few days of farming on normal.

Drops on Normal. Got it on 6th run.
Observed from 7 to 11 Stalkers in their spawn area each time.

This grind is a real pain in the ass because there are literally only five of this mob in the whole game.

Did grind runs of Mana-Tombs on my level 85 undead rogue blacksmith.

The pros: I can kill the second boss in 5 seconds, loot him and mine him for gems and ore. There is also ore throughout the run. I can stealth through the whole instance.

The cons: I can't easily and quickly kill the first and last boss (non-heroic) during my run because aggroing them pulls the whole room. And as is obvious, the mobs that drop this pattern are in the EXACT CENTER OF THE INSTANCE. So basically you have to run the length of the entire place to find and kill them each time. Pretty obnoxious.

I'm only two runs in and so far no drop, but I don't expect this to come easily...

*edit - about 15 runs in now and no drop, but I've made several thousand gold particularly from adamantite ore, which is at a premium of 150g-ish a stack on my server right now. Bored out of my mind though.

I've run Mana Tombs about 40x now (around May 1st, 2012), still no drop. Takes me 6:45 per run if I loot all the stuff I kill. Money is so-so. I sell the cloth, DE the greens and sell the mats, and I've already gotten one epic world drop tailoring pattern.

Some runs there are 4 nexus stalkers, others there are up to 10.

Got it first run, in the room with the "Ethereal Transporter Control Panel" that used to start the escort quest. Not sure which mob because i pulled everything from the prior boss.

Looted this today. Ran heroic first, and then it dropped on my 5th run of normal. It was a pleasant farm as I got a lot of transmogs and Consortium rep along the way.
