Nice trinket when you need resistance.
Notice that it adds to all-resist and there are not many spell resist trinkets in game, make it a good choice.
By the way it drop from second boss in TAQ.

How about Petrified Scarab + Loatheb's Reflection? It will give you 153 to all resist before the diminishing thing... That should keep you alive for a while against many things...

Okay so maybe not the first thing most would think about for this trinket but absolutely amazing for Warsong Gultch.

This trinket coupled with this shield can make any prot warrior or paladin playing flag carrier extremely difficult to stop from via casters. While I might prefer a short duration but with the full effect, the flip side allows for a large amount of flexibility since you could pre-use the trink if you are certain you will not require the full 1 minute allowing the trinket CD to begin giving a more readily available uptime (say on your way out of of the tunnel but before you hit open field).

I can only say I VERY HIGHLY rate this trinket for any twink at 60 for BG running but most especially those classes that are desirable as FCs.
