These carried me from 45 to 65 in terms of Mana Regen. It's annoying having to go to Alterac to buy them, but price for recovery they're the best thing going.

Anyone know of an upgrade, something from BC?

I'm not sure why anyone hasn't mentioned this but for levels 50-60 this is the best and most cost efficient food you can purchase. If you happen to do an AV or pass by the AV vendors you should definitely stock up on these gems!

This food is great; at lvl 70 I still have at least two stacks of these. 4,4 k health and mana is a bit more than half of my total, so it's a great snack after a combat when you really don't need the big amount of mana/health from normal Outland food.

I was going to get my trusty Enriched Manna Biscuits from Chillwind camp in WPL when I stumbled on these. For an additional 10s per 5, you get 2k more health. If you're over lvl 51....get these!

Note that at level 35 you can get the quest Clamlette Surprise and can cook your own Clamlette Magnifique.

After the initial quest, one Clamlette Magnifique only costs one Zesty Clam Meat.

This tooltip is not accurate. The accurate numbers (as of Patch 10.1.5) are 3,346 health and 1,926 mana, not 250962 health and 144519 mana.
