You can easily get 30+ with just one pass through Durnholde Keep with little trouble. But you don't need that many.

I was farming these in Durnholde Keep on my rogue pickpocketing, I got every mob by doing the following completely in stealth:

Pickpocket the mobs by the entrance up to the bridge

Go left and following the wall pickpocket all the mobs until you reach the hill

Jump down onto the roof of the closest building, jump through the hole in the roof, pickpocket all mobs in the building

Go through the door into the courtyard, pickpocket all mobs there

Go into the second building and pickpocket the mobs - Drull is in here for Horde, you need the key from Jailor Eston to free him

Go under the bridge into the second courtyard, pickpocketing mobs as you go

Pickpocket all mobs in the courtyard, then go past the buildings (ignore the steps), into the smaller courtyard, pickpocket all mobs there - There's a lockbox which you can open to level lockpicking in the middle of the main courtyard

Go back into the main courtyard, and go into all the buildings and pickpocket all the mobs - For rogues wishing to level lockpicking, there are 2 lockboxes in the first building which you can open

Go back into the courtyard, and up the wooden steps, pickpocket the mob at the top - There's 1 lockbox underneath the steps

Go up the road to the left, pickpocketing mobs until it forks, go down the road to the left, pickpocket mobs to the bridge, then go back to the fork in the road

Go up the road pickpocketing mobs, past the keep and up to the tower, pickpocket the mobs around there

Go back to the keep, into it and pickpocket the mobs on the rubble - Tog'thar is here for Horde, as is Jailor Marlgen who holds the key to free him

Jump down to the right side of the keep, to get the lone watchman, before going back round to the road to get the second watchman standing next to Jailor Eston - Jailor Eston is needed to free Drull as he holds the key

Follow the road down and to the left, pickpocket any mobs you missed on the way up

Keep on going past the steps, and follow the wall round the outside, pickpocketing mobs as you go, don't jump down

Keep going round the outside, pickpocketing the watchman and shadowmages, and going round the second corner, you should start seeing lone watchman standing around the wall. They're a while apart from each other. Pickpocket them.

Keep going round pickpocketing the watchman, and you should eventually see a wooden structure by the bridge.

This is the end of the route.

In total there are roughly 70 mobs to pickpocket, and you should get emblems from roughly half these. Not including opening lockboxes, and not breaking stealth or using sprint, this should take roughly 7-8 minutes to complete this route. I found that the pockets on the first mobs have respawned by this time, so you can go round again if you wish, and you'll be able to pickpocket all the mobs again. Also, you may get some Battered Junkboxes when pickpocketing, you can use these to help level pickpocketing, and they sometimes contain poisons.

I hope this is useful for anyone pickpocket farming these mobs. :)

*EDIT* Bear in mind that you only need 12 emblems to get from neutral to friendly with Ravenholdt.

Does anyone know if these are still able to be pickpocketed? If so, are there any new areas for them since durnholde mobs changed with cataclysm. I'm wanting to farm this rep for the United Nations achievement, and I'm trying to come up with the best way to do so.

Are these still Available to Pickpocket in MoP? would be nice if they didnt delete them...

These things can still be pickpocketed from certain syndicate members, but from what I understand they are only useful for those who did the relevant Ravenholdt quests back in the day (prior to the release of Warlords of Draenor). Meaning, the quest to turn these babies in still exist, but there is no way of getting it for those starting their faction grind now.
