Took 39 days for L'ira di Rezan to show up and right now it does not reward Eco di Rezan

Edit: I did a relog and checked the toy box and it was there. Thanks to user Metalium!

As of today 21/9/2018 the World Quest L'ira di Rezan has appeared for EU servers at least. The quest shows that it awards only War Resources.

BUT you automatically learn Eco di Rezan after completing the quest and you log out/log in.
The toy will be in your Toy Journal to unleash a devilish roar ;)

I was checking daily to see if L'ira di Rezan WQ was up, but I wasn't quite sure where to look for it. Today it showed up just east of Scaletrader Post @ 73.2, 28.35 (Zuldazar map coords). I don't know if this quest shows up at the same location every time, but just in case someone else isn't sure where to look for it, this is one set of coords.

I think there is confusion with this item. I did not get it when I did the quest, after asking a gm, I'm thinking
this is not 100 percent drop rate. The relog will work if you actually get it to drop but otherwise like me you get nothing.
Ill try again when its up.

Anyone who is wondering about what it does may be told it makes some T-Rexish Dino ROAR Sound and you lean backwards in awesomeness.

I had to open my ToyBox then up at the top click on "Filter" , click "usable only" come down to "Expansion" and put a checkmark next to BFA before it showed up in my Toybox. For some reason the Battle for Azeroth Expansion had not been checked. Once I put a checkmark there the toy showed up and was usable.

Worth mentioning, if you are a Worgen, your normal /roar is much, much powerful than this.

I just learned it today, but it doesn't appear in the toy box, collected or not collected. Quit game, restarted, still not there.
Searched for "Echoes", and "Rezan" Nothing.

Turns out that if you're a shaman using the Glifo - Raptor Spettrale the devilish roar turns into something far less intimidating, which sounds more like a baby raptor trying to imitate a roar

The World Quest for Il Vecchio R'gal seems to be active for both NA & EU for another few hours.

The toy appeared immediately in my bags when the quest was completed. No need to relog, reload, etc. It may of been a bug which previous comments were experiencing.
