Will threat return as a mechanic? I wish, I really do. Threat hasn't been anything to worry about since LK and I think it's a shame.

Unlike the other two Embroidered items: Guanti del Mare Profondo Ricamati and Brachette del Mare Profondo Ricamate the Mantello del Mare Profondo Ricamato will not unlock a better version of it. Ie. Brachette del Mare Profondo Infuse

The item seems a little misplaced since there is allready another cloak with exactly the same stats. The Mantello di Raso del Combattente Onorevole but of course the mats are abit deffrent, and you have to do pvp to get the better ranks.

On a side note. It's not the best item to sell on the AH. Since there is vendor cloak ilvl 320 from all emissary that can be bought when hitting honored.

Don't learn rank 3, I think it reduced the iLevel
