I doubt, but hope that my Isle pandaren can use this to finally be able to transmog. (Edit: Not possible sadly. But you can mail this to a demon hunter in the starting zone and have them use it, providing you don't have the XMog mount, which, would be more efficient.)
Alternatively, it will be great for indoor raids. My raid leader can stop getting annoyed at me for not equipping a new chest piece.

Considering it's material cost and duration (clearly who designed this, doesn't understand that 1 minute is nowhere near enough time for a proper outfit to be put together), these really arn't worth making for their transmog purposes. In saying that however, it's also one of the easiest and cheapest things to make when levelling engineering, so as a result many engineers will have a ton of them and they tend to be stupidly cheap on the auction house.

Had opportunity to use this indoors at a Covenant Sanctum. Super handy to not have to run all the way to the outdoors just to transmog.
