Teensy asked if you can auto equip crafting gloves. Probably some of the crafting addons can do this, but you can also use a macro for an approximation:

Simple equip:
/cast
/equip

Change back and forth:
/cast
/equip 4 1

Place your gloves in the upper left slot in your left-most bag, and the macro will simply equip the gloves there each time you press it. However, this does mean you will have to close the crafting window with the macro to change back to your fighting/gathering gloves.

The simplest way, although it does not auto equip, is just to have a separate macro for swapping:

#showtooltip 10
/equip 4 1

Again, place your gloves in the upper left slot in your left-most bag. #showtooltip 10 will show the gloves you are currently wearing, as long as you chose the question mark icon for the macro. Press the macro to swap back and forth as you please without having to search your bags. It's not auto equip, but it's quick and lets you easily know if you're wearing the right gloves for the situation.

Does not speed up shadowlands crafting. The enchant description implies this but I tested to be sure.

While there's no mention of a maximum item level in the description it does seem to have one. Somewhere between 129 (works) and 151 (doesn't).

I hoped there would be a Shadowlands version of this enchant. Crafting a couple of hundred Pozione di Mana Spirituale / Pozione di Cura Spirituale for the auction house wouldn't be so annoying if the crafting time was cut in half. Not to mention turning all those into Pozione del Rinvigorimento Spirituale, that's cast time X amount X 3 when making a batch of those.
So when I make 200 Pozione del Rinvigorimento Spirituale, that's 200x2x3=20 minutes :-(
So yes, either that enchant or an ability like Mass Milling for Inscription that allows you to craft in batches of 20 at a time would be nice, preferably both.
