This toy has a 5 second cooldown. So you really cannot just spam it.

I have opened over 40 (probably over 50) of the exalted caches for this toy and it wont drop for me. I open 1 cache a week and 2 every other week and once per month with darkmoon faire I open 3 or 4 in a week. That around 7 caches a month. I have spent months trying to get this toy and it just wont give it to me and it has the highest drop rate for items in the cache. A guildy of mine doesnt even farm for it and has gotten 3 of this toy already. I'm thinking somthing might be wrong with my game and getting reeeeally sick of farming for it.

Dear fellow rep/mount farmers.
In order for blizzard to improve our QOL we must help ourselves.
Please make an in-game suggestion to streamline Legion quests, just like in MOP.
Feel free to copy=paste this

If you are already exalted on 1 character in your battlenet account with a Legion faction, any subsequent gains on any character on your account should be made 100-200% more.

Please visit this thread in EU forums, or make your own on top of suggesting in-game.

No idea how I didn't manage to get this toy while going for all 3 mounts, now I'm back to doing literally all the world quests on argus to get a paragon box each day. Been doing this for about a week and still not seen it so wondering if its really 10%.

Finally got this one. Farmed since Legion just doing the WQ's when emissary was up only. Bad drop % - Had the mounts already for quit some time.

Finally got this after 49 attempts. This was in week one of patch 9.1.5 in which I also got items from the Court of Farondis, Wardens and Highmountain Tribe paragon boxes that I have been farming for ages. Unclear if this is just a pure co-incidence or if drop rates have been tweaked in this patch.
