100 are required for making a Banchetto Disgustoso This meat may be farmed in a cave at the far north of Antoran Wastes, across a bridge. There are many packs of Imp della Vilproles in there, with a reasonably quick respawn time.

You need 100 to make a Banchetto Disgustoso, which is used to summon Madre Rosula. You put the Banchetto Disgustoso in front of Madre Rosula's pool to fight her. Her pool is in the northern-most sub-cave within the caverns that start at 65, 26 in Distese degli Antoran. That's at the north end of the north/south walkway that is to the east of The Spirit Crucible.

Mother Rosula has a chance to drop the item Imp Ribelle, which teaches the battle pet Imp Ribelle. Since she is summoned by the feast, she does not need to have a world quest active for her, or be part of the current set of rare elites, in order to appear or to drop the pet. You get a once per day chance at the pet, resetting at the usual daily reset time. As unohzombies notes in another comment, even though you don't need the WQ, her star does need to be on the map or she's in a respawn phase after a kill.

Find the cave entrance:
/way Antoran Wastes 65.50 26.60 Mother Rosula's Cave

Inside the cave gather 100 x Carne di Imp, use them to create a Banchetto Disgustoso, then set it down in front of the pool littered with dead fish bones to spawn Madre Rosula:

Please note that she cannot be spawned in her pool unless the gold star is present on the minimap. If you try to place the feast before the star reappears - for instance, if she was killed just before you arrive - you will waste it and have to farm the meat again. I learned that one the hard way!

when you place the feast, should the star appear, or already be there? the first few times I did it, when I placed the feast, the star appeared, some one says you can loot her once a day, some say once a week? is she like a raid boss, which is every week?

I have never seen any star appear, you can place the feast where she spawns, without the star, I have done it many times; and looted her, she was never, ever a rare for me, some say it is bugged.

I went over the north leading bridge into the imp cave (65.6, 27.1).
There are a lot of Imp della Vilprole, that drop these imp meats.
When I had more than 100, I clicked on a stack, it said that Banchetto Disgustoso was created, but I could not find it in my inventory.
So I did farm another 100 imp meats, clicked them and again no disgusting feast in my inventory.
After relogging I had two feasts in my inventory and a new yellow star appeared to the north (66.9, 17.9) of the imp cave.
I placed one of my disgusting feasts there. That summoned the Madre Rosula.
After killing her I got Imp Ribelle.
I still had the second feast in my inventory.
So I relogged again, but there was no other new yellow star.
The next day there was a new yellow star.
