Rank 2 removes Sargerite Primordiale from the recipe, but you still need to spend at least 5 of them to get complete the world quest.

I recommend crafting the vanilla potion Elisir Rivela Demoni instead if you need to track demons.

I accidentally drank one of these after making them for the alchemy WQ. I shrugged and moved on to Antoran Wastes to collect more herbs, then realized immediately upon arrival that I could see five friendly "demons" on the minimap. They turned out to be invisible and untargetable Infernal NPCs (judging by their list of soundfiles) called Light's Shield, which I suspect are there to be the actual mechanic-using NPC behind the visuals of the Lightforged Shieldbearers who arrive and 'cast' the shield when the Paraxis legion ship is overhead. The actual spell for the shielding is Light's Shield.

.... But why make them DEMONS, Blizzard? 👀 *tinfoil hat*

As odd as it is for a potion from Legion to be sold in Oribos, there's a broker named Acquirer Ta'gosh who has a small variety of old potions that he sometimes sells alongside his Venthyr quest item.

- Earthen Potion from Cataclysm
- Vintage Free Action Potion from WoD
- Potion of the Old War and Tears of the Naaru from Legion
- Sea Mist Potion from BfA
