Oh wow, I asked the devs on twitter for that exact toy when they added the achievement, and they made it!

I managed to get the achievement that's on the tooltip for this today... but no toy received in my inventory or mail.

The achievement does not say that it awards the toy in the current 7.1 build and the achievement doesn't pop up. Before anybody submits a bug report it seems this might be intentional. The toy was an idea late in the beta cycle and will likely be added as a hidden hotfix at a later date once the toy has been coded into the game.

Achievement is currently bugged and does not get flagged after completing all 3 Quests.

GMs are flagging it though if you ask nicely. Or you can always wait until this get's hotfixed and pushed to all eligible characters automatically anyway.

Just had the achievement added by a nice GM. (Shout out to GM Yaraheep, you rock!) Found Mrgrglhjorn in my inventory, all good. However after using it, I can't find it in my toy collection. I'm gonna try to reload, restart, re-something, and hopefully I won't have to re-resubmit a ticket.

Still not showing in my lists, but can use "/use Mrgrglhjorn" and it works.

Weird. I showed that I'd finished, but it didn't show up. About 10 minutes ago, I went to the Armory, then updated my profile page here. Logged out and back in (bloody Australia... wifi and two wifi modems and it takes swapping them around for decent speed!), and had the toy in my inventory! You'd think I'd be used to the weirdness by now... LOL!

I wasn't aware of this even being a thing, and actually just came here to figure out where the heck this Mrgrglhjorn came from in my inventory. As of 12/15/2016, it's working as intended. Though, I may have gotten my achievement late, as I received this achievement after hopping along my alts getting ready for raid. The horn is showing in my toybox however, so either the bugs have been fixed, or I'm an anomaly and got lucky.

OK, weird thing happened to me today involving this toy. I was doing Timewalking Vault of the Wardens, and the tank and one of the dps got ahead of the rest of us and started the fight with Iquisitor Tormentorum while the rest of us were stuck at the top of the elevator. So I started using some of my toys, as one does when one is bored and locked out of a fight. After sounding the Mrglgrlhjorn, I was suddenly transported down to the fight next to the boss, while the healer and other dps were still stuck at the top of the elevator.

Coincidence? You decide.
