Resti del Servitore Drops from Lich King in ICC on NORMAL difficulty and is part of the achievement Incursore animalista IV: L'ira del Re delle Mascotte. Drop rate seems to be low as i have been on 8 runs and i haven't seen the pet drop. There is a 2nd pet that drops from the Lich King now, also part of the Leash achievement - Richiamo della Lama Congelata. It drops ONLY on Heroic difficulty. Drudge Ghoul is 10 times more expensive on AH so my suggestion is to buy the Heroic pet from AH and farm only NORMAL ICC.

This pet seems to drop on HC difficulty aswell. I did my weekly ICC 25 HC some hours ago and the pet dropped from the LK.
Just a heads up since I'm just seeing reports that this pet only drops on Normal difficulty.

I ran ICC NORMAL, trying both 10 and 25, for several months with no drop before finally buying this on the AH. The first time I ran it on HEROIC, it dropped.

Idle Animation: A dark pool of 'Defile' appears under the pet.
During the LK encounter 'Defile' Inflicts 'x' Shadow damage every second to all players in the targeted area. Every time a player takes damage from this, Defile's damage and area increase.
