I've had this in my bags for nearly 2 weeks, intending on testing the healing effect and I finally did. It healed me at 110 for 49901, with ~74k crits.

A slight "quality of life" tip for for those of you (agility users) that are finding yourselves in slight need of extra self-healing, say... while you're questing/leveling by yourself...

This trinket combined with Warmth of Uriah, will help to provide you with a decent amount of healing, just enough that it very well may make the difference between a miserable experience and a ~~more~~ pleasant one!

Now at 108, the berries (which were upgraded to an epic) heal me for roughly 41,000.
Uriah's Blessing however has a very wide high -to- low range, sometimes it heals me for well over 175k during it's 10 second duration, other times it only heals me for 65k and only over 5 or 6 seconds, seemingly cutting itself off before it's done.

Long story short, this is perfect for me on my DH in either spec (although not needed as Vengeance really), but because Havoc has to actually run close to or through their purple farts to heal... this saves time if I'm in one those non-stop killing spree moods!
