Found these in an Ancient Elven chest, on a tiny little island in south Azsuna, between Faronaar and Oceanus Cove 42.94, 62.77.
Next to a dwarf you visit for the enginers's Gun Shoes quest.

I was Alliance, level 110. I'm guessing these chests can appear in a variety of spots.

From Hafr Fjall, Stormheim, climb the mountain and at the summit will be a Vrykul Ancestral Chest. They contain the boots. The coordinates are 51.19, 84.46.

Found in a chest in Stormheim @ 88.6 9.1 (the north eastern island). I went there to explore and get the FP, but found the chest.

I am pretty certain this is a random spawn in different locations, as my husband went to the spot and did not see anything.

Anyone know how this would interact with missions that are above 8 hours but can be reduced below it by countering something?

First off, for anyone that's curious because of the tooltip being heavily bugged on Wowhead, the effect is, "Increases success chance on missions longer than 8 hours by 20%."

Next, I was wondering the same thing as Oisis, and I can now confirm, sadly, that this effect does not work if the mission's duration is reduced to 8 hours.

I had a mission with a preliminary duration of 16 hours with a Minion with the Slowing effect. So I assigned Asha Ravensong, equipped with these boots, to counter the Minion. That brought the duration down to 8 hours as expected, but the boots' effect was not active. On other missions that were above 8 hours, the boots' effect was shown in Party Buffs as expected and reflected in the success chance, so it is working. In fact, when I assigned Matron Mother Malevolence, who passively reduces mission duration by 20%, alongside Asha Ravensong on a 9 hour mission, the boots' effect actually disappeared because the duration went under 8 hours.

I think that's incredibly retarded, but oh well. There you go.

How do I equip this? I tried right-clicking and clicking on the relevant equipment slot, but nothing happens.

This item does stack with permanent follower traits. For example I have a follower with Gatekeeper which grants a 15% bonus, when I equip the boots he has a 35% bonus.

Do NOT attempt to add Stivali Resistenti da Escursionismo or any other mission speed increaser into the second slot while using the WoW Legion phone app. You can apparently only add one speed increaser to a champion, it removed Orologio da Tasca Rapido and added the boots without any warning.
