As a quick reference, here are the various boons you can obtain when reaching honored or revered with each of the main five Broken Isle factions:

Esuli Oscuri (Honored): Dono del Cercamana 80g from Prima Arcanista Thalyssra in Suramar (/way Suramar 36.8, 46.6)
Gives a chance to find Pacco Sporco di Manas which contain enchanting supplies.

Valarjar (Revered): Dono del Recuperatore 127.5g from Valdemar Bramatempeste in Stormheim (/way Stormheim 60.2, 51.2)
Gives a chance to find Armatura Recuperatas which contain ores and junk armour.

Custodi (Revered): Dono del Cacciatore del Sangue 160g from Marin Alatagliente in Azsuna (/way Azsuna 48.2, 73.8)
Gives a chance to find Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangues which contain Sangue di Sargeras.

Plasmasogni (Honored): Dono del Mietitore 80g from Sylvian Cornacervine in Val'sharah (/way Val'sharah 54.6, 73.2)
Gives a chance to find Beni Raccolti which contain herbs and fish.

Tribù Alto Monte (Honored): Dono del Macellaio 80g from Ransa Piuma Grigia in Highmountain (/way Highmountain 38.6, 45.8)
Gives a chance to find Carne Macellatas which contain leatherworking materials and non-fish cooking supplies.

Corte di Farondis (Revered): Dono del Trovagemme 127.5g from Veridis Fallon in Azsuna (/way Azsuna 46.8, 41.4)
Gives a chance to find Sacca di Gemme Ritrovata which contains Legion gems and gem chips.

(Note that prices listed on Wowhead are for neutral. These prices are the cost at Revered. At exalted they reduce even further.)

Are these drops time-based? I never seem to get more than 1-2 an hour no matter how many mobs I kill.

When looking at the item Argunite Velata on Wowhead it says one of the things it can be contained in is the Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangue but above it says Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangue only contains Sangue di Sargeras and when looking around on other web pages none of them say that Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangue contains Argunite Velata. I just want to confirm if this is a mistake or was I just not able to find information somewhere else to back it up? I'm trying to increase my chances of aquireing Argunite Velata and since I am not revered with Argussian Reach yet, I am unable to purchase "Boon of the Steadfast" so I would like to know if I should buy Dono del Cacciatore del Sangue to farm Argunite Velata.

Now I understand I am not going to farm Argunite Velata with Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangue anywhere in the Broken Isles because Argunite Velata is an Argus item but is this trying to say, and does anyone know, if Bottino del Cacciatore di Sangue will drop form Argus mobs and contain Argunite Velata?

Has 9.0 pre-patch changed some things? My normal spot in Azsuna has not yielded a single quarry in 10+ clears. Boon of the Bloodhunter is on heirloom shoulders and it still seems to be activated so I don't think it is that.

Edit - I bought some ilvl 48 shoulders to apply the enchant to and still have not seen a quarry drop.

After Shadowlands pre-patch (9.0.1) and doing some testing. I have confirmed the Legion shoulder enchants will work on the following:
* Legion content shoulders, including Legion legendaries
* Azerite shoulders from the War Campaign quest lines on level 45 characters (I have an xp locked druid with scavenger and bloodhunter on two pairs of Azerite shoulders and they continue to proc killing on the Broken Isles). Unfortunately they can't be re-enchanted with a different boon as it gives the ... too high level message, but that character still receives cloth satchels and bloodhunter quarries.
* profession crafted green BFA shoulder for level 45 on a level 45 character

The basic rule of thumb, if the game lets you actually apply the Boon to the shoulder piece (without giving the ...too high level) error. It SHOULD proc normally while in Legion content.
It is worth noting, existing boon enchants on shoulders that are now too high for it to have been applied will no longer function despite previously procing before 9.0.1. The only exception I've found is those on level 45 characters.

Edit: I am still testing with Heirloom shoulders (ilevel 58) on a level 50 character. Am also going to test with BFA crafted level 45 shoulders that proc Blue quality to determine if the enchants can be applied and if they proc on a level 45 and a level 50 character. Will update when I can confirm.
