It's now 2023 and we still do not have this supposed secret questline, yet the book is available for purchase still, anything to put the gold back into NPC hands, I mean, the book has a great title, and eye-catching cover art. A goblin once said, he recorded an audiobook version, one that could be played on those music boom box devices that we all probably half way almost finished gathering the parts to build in our garrisons, before abandoning the quest for a better xpac, that gave us this Title*.

I am buying all of Rosa la Losca's books on appropriate characters with no regrets.
Sure, the books costs 200 gold each and have no actual uses, but it holds a historical value as a reminder of the Legion content we never got. You never know when Blizzard decides to remove the vendor or remove her current stock, making these books unobtainable.
